Y Walking Pass
Walking has numerous health benefits. Pick up a Y Walking Pass at either branch or the Niles Senior Center to use our indoor track.
$20 per pass for 10 visits.
Senior Exercise Classes
AQUA AEROBICS | Niles-Buchanan | This class offers the benefits of muscle toning, inches lost, cardio fitness, and socialization.
CHAIR AEROBICS | Niles-Buchanan | Whether seated, supported by a chair, or standing free, participants engage in strength toning, flexibility, and balance exercises while benefitting from a cardio workout.
FIT FOR LIFE | Niles-Buchanan | This class will concentrate on cardiovascular conditioning, muscle toning, power, endurance, flexibility, and strength.
HYDRO FIX | Benton Harbor-St. Joseph | Functional exercise for the entire body with low-impact and low-intensity exercise.
JUST MY EXERCISE | Niles-Buchanan | This is a weight-loss program designed for beginners in a group environment.
SENIOR YOGA | Niles-Buchanan | Beginner yoga intended for the active older adult, who will gain range of motion, flexibility, and strength.
ENHANCE® FITNESS | Both Branches | This evidence-based group exercise program uses simple, easy-to-learn movements that motivate individuals to stay active throughout their life. It is especially beneficial for arthritis sufferers. 16 weeks with continuous enrollment - Members: free, Non-Members: $95
