Moving to Wellness: Adult Weight Management Program
This program is made up of people looking to make positive lifestyle changes related to eating habits and physical activity, which may lead to health improvement, weight loss, and feeling better! Through the support and enthusiasm of our instructors, you will learn to create and achieve goals to make permanent lifestyle changes. At each session, a topic of discussion and a workout will be provided. Also included are three private sessions with a health coach.
