Classes for those with Parkinson's Disease
You can take control of your Parkinson's Disease through the evercise and support provided by our fitness classes. These structured routines will focus on large, repetitive movements in order to improve motor skills, balance, voice, and most of all, confidence and quality of life. There will be a trained instructor in each class, and we welcome the caregiver to join us at no additional cost!
Boxing with Parkinson's
Battle your Parkinson’s symptoms with boxing! This class is designed for those with PD. It is a fun, energetic environment that focuses on building aerobic endurance, improving hand-eye coordination, and strengthening memory. There will be a trained instructor in each class, and we welcome the caregiver to join us at no additional cost! This class will run in 12-week sessions.
Member: $120 • Non-Member: $240

Pre & Post Assessment
Each 12-week session will include a pre- and post-assessment with the same indicators used by Lakeland Health's therapy programs to measure various improvements.
