Deep End Liquid Cardio
This low impact, cardio class will increase strength, flexibility, and balance to improve your overall fitness.

Gentle Yoga
Learn basic moves, increase range of motion, and gain flexibility.

Splash & Tone Deep End
With zero impact, even simple movements like jogging become a challenge with the resistance of water.

Aqua Aerobics
Muscle toning, cardiovascular, and weight loss come together in the pool.

Body H2O
Gentle on your joints with a focus on muscular strength and flexibility exercises

Liquid Cardio
This low-impact class will increase strength, flexibility, and balance. Buoyancy belts are available for the non-swimmer.

Hydro FX
Functional exercise for the entire body with low impact and intensity exercises.
This class includes a fee and is held at Lakelad\nd Rehabilitation Health Park in St. Joseph.

Water Works
Stretching and exercise designed to work the whole body. Water noodles are offered for the deep end.

Enhance® Fitness
Simple movements motivate individuals to stay active throughout their life. It is especially beneficial for arthritis sufferers. 16 weeks with continuous enrollment.
