Keep your fitness fueled by the summer heat! Challenge yourself to drink 64 oz. of water daily and workout 150 minutes each week!
Challenge will run Monday, June 10 - Sunday, August 25, 2019.

How it Works
- Participants must register with Member Service - it's FREE!
- Each week, participants will track their weight, water intake (64 oz. per day), and exercise (150 minutes per week).
- Participants will weigh in/check in with YMCA fitness staff every Monday.
- There will be three winners per branch - one in each category
- Prizes will be raffled for winners in each category
- Winners will receive a 3 Month Household Membership to give away, or receive for themselves: 1 30-minute massage, or 1 personal training session, or 1 30-minute MELT® hand/foot treatment
- Disqualifications for prize: Missing weigh in day without prior communication
